Our team are experienced real estate developers and land owners. We have been developing and owning real estate in California and the Mountain West for over twelve years. We have underwriters and acquisition specialists who understand fundamental and market economics. We leverage our practical experience in operations and land development knowledge to build a portfolio of properties in California and the Mountain West. We know what it is like to operate, lease, finance, manage, and invest in our properties. We take pride in aligning incentives and goals, which has blessed us with the ability to control, manage and construct over $60,000,000 in service stations and automotive real estate.

    Sunflower Hill creates places and spaces where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live, work, learn, and thrive as part of the greater community. We co-develop affordable housing communities and offer virtual and in-person programs for adults with disabilities in Pleasanton, Livermore, and the Bay Area, California.

  • Love Never Fails

    LOVE NEVER FAILS empowers all people to express and experience our best sense of humanity. We do this by restoring, educating, and protecting survivors of human trafficking and their community.

  • The One Hundred Club of Contra Costa County

    The One Hundred Club of Contra Costa County provides immediate financial support for the spouses and children of police officers and firefighters who lose their lives as a direct result of physical injuries sustained in Contra Costa County in the line of duty.

  • Sheriff's Posse of Contra Costa County

    Posse members are those people who support law enforcement, safe communities and seek out ways to help those less fortunate among us. The Posse has a long tradition of holding first class events for our members, raising funds for worthwhile charities located in Contra Costa County, and having fun while doing it!
