1850 Properties Secures Entitlement for Chevron and Pilot Fuel Truck Stop in Williams, CA

Alamo, CA – November 20, 2023 – 1850 Properties, a leading developer of commercial real estate

and Pilot fuel truck stop in Williams, California. This strategic development will provide much-needed

amenities for travelers along Interstate 5 and further bolster the economic vitality of the region.

The project, encompassing approximately 5.5 acres of land, will feature a state-of-the-art Chevron and Pilot

Travel Center. The facility will offer a variety of amenities for both passenger and commercial vehicles,

o Bio-diesel liquid fuels have an estimated 80% LESS greenhouse gas emissions than tradition

diesel.

Construction on the Chevron and Pilot Travel Center is expected to begin in May 2024 and be completed

by January 2025. The project is expected to create 55 new jobs during construction and 15 permanent jobs
